Defense Industry Adjustment ProgramSummary
One of the five primary objective of this grant is to clearly organize stakeholders, define the Washington military and defense sector in geography and scope, and build a compelling story about the adjustment of the defense industry in Washington. This work will include efforts to stabilize the Washington Military Alliance, author strategic communications documents, and do extensive stakeholder outreach. Utilizing the WMA as a prime partner in this engagement will be crucial to the overall success of the program.
TIP Strategies will be defining and organizing regional stakeholders, developing a strategic communications plan, creating foundational documents for the WMA, and telling the story of our progress throughout the life of the OEA grant.
