Fedbid

fedbid.com is a reverse auction site frequently used by federal agencies to procure simple goods and services. Your business must be registered in both SAM and on Fedbid to view and bid on Fedbid opportunities.

DIBBS

Relevant to manufacturers and suppliers of consumable goods, use the DLA’s Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) to search, view and submit secure quotes in response to Requests for Quotations by the Defense Logistics Agency. You can also use DIBBS to search Requests for Proposals, Invitations for Bid, awards and other procurements. Register as a vendor here.
